These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iWatched’s services and platform. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you have read and accepted our use of cookies to maintain your login state. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use the Service.

1. Ability to Use the Services

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent (“Minimum Age”), to use the Services.
1.2 The Services are not intended for users under the Minimum Age.
1.3 By using the Services, you affirm that:
(a) you are at least the Minimum Age;
(b) if under 18, you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
(c) you have the legal authority to enter these Terms;
(d) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.2 By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

3. Compliance with Community Policies

3.1 While using the Services, you must follow our Community Policy.
3.2 Failure to comply may result in content removal, feature limits, or termination of your account.

4. Changes to the Terms

4.1 We may modify these Terms from time to time.
4.2 If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.
4.3 Changes related to new features or legal requirements take effect immediately. All other changes take effect thirty (30) days after notice.
4.4 Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you cannot agree, you must stop using the Service.

5. Communication Preferences and Consent

5.1 We may send emails to the address associated with your account. These may include account information, service updates, security notices, and recommended content.
5.2 You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
5.3 Important account-related messages cannot be disabled.

6. Explicit Content

6.1 The Service may link to or display entertainment media that contains strong language, violence, sexual themes, or other potentially sensitive material (“Explicit Content”).
6.2 Parental discretion is advised for users under 18.
6.3 iWatched is not responsible for the maturity rating or suitability of external media content.

7. Advertising Content

7.1 The Service may show links to third-party websites, products, or services (“Third Party Ads”).
7.2 We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or safety of Third Party Ads.
7.3 Your interactions with Third Party Ads are solely between you and the third party.
7.4 iWatched is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of or reliance on Third Party Ads.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Service.
8.2 You may delete your account and terminate this Agreement at any time by following the instructions in our FAQ or support pages.
8.3 We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with notice sent to your registered email address.
8.4 Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately, and you must cease all use.
8.5 We are not liable for losses or damages arising from termination of your access to the Service.

9. Severability

9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its purpose as closely as possible under applicable law.
9.2 The rest of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
9.3 If modification is impossible and a provision becomes invalid, the remaining Terms continue to apply.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and iWatched.
10.2 They supersede all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements regarding the Service.
10.3 No other agreements apply unless expressly included in these Terms.
