Welcome to iWatched. Our goal is to keep the platform positive, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. By using the Service, you agree to follow the rules below. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this Policy.

1. Respectful Conduct

1.1 Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others.
1.2 Do not encourage violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
1.3 Do not impersonate other people, public figures, or iWatched staff.

2. Reviews, Notes, and Curated Lists

2.1 Reviews and notes must be honest, relevant to the movie or show, and written by you.
2.2 Deliberate review bombing or coordinated manipulation of ratings is prohibited.
2.3 Do not include hateful, harassing, or abusive language in reviews, notes, or lists.
2.4 If you include spoilers, clearly mark them at the start of your content.
2.5 Curated lists must follow all rules above and must not contain misleading or harmful descriptions.

3. Profile Content

3.1 Avatars, banners, bios, and showcases must not contain hate symbols, explicit content, or violent imagery.
3.2 Do not upload copyrighted images unless you have the rights to use them.
3.3 Do not include private or sensitive information about yourself or others.

4. Prohibited Content

4.1 No hate speech or content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
4.2 No sexually explicit material, nudity, or pornography.
4.3 No violent, graphic, or dangerous content.
4.4 No malware, phishing, or harmful links.

5. Advertising and Spam

5.1 Do not use iWatched to advertise products, services, or personal brands.
5.2 Do not post repetitive, unwanted, or automated content.
5.3 Do not solicit sales, donations, or commercial offers.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Only upload or write content that you have permission to share.
6.2 Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

7.1 Do not post or request private information such as addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or financial details.
7.2 Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data.

8. Enforcement

8.1 We may remove content that violates this Policy or disrupts the community.
8.2 We may limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary.
8.3 We may take action even if the behavior is not explicitly listed but violates the spirit of the community.

If you see content that violates this Policy, please use the report feature or contact support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Continued use of iWatched after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
