E1: The Sidekick

After Tails gets injured during a battle against Dr. Eggman, Sonic, fearing for his safety, fires him and holds auditions for a new sidekick.

E2: Can an Evil Genius Crash on Your Couch for a Few Days?

Dr. Eggman moves in with Sonic and Tails while his fortress is under repairs. While there, he drives Sonic and Tails to the breaking point with his annoying traits.

E3: Translate This

Tails builds a translator robot with the unintentional ability to read minds. His friends are not impressed.

E4: Buster

When Sticks' friends tell her to be nicer to (non-anthropomorphic) animals, she becomes attached to a slime-belching robot dog named Buster.

E5: My Fair Sticksy

After being invited to a fancy gala, Sticks admits she does not know how to behave like a lady.

E6: Fortress of Squalitude

Amy decides to accept Eggman's invitation to design his lair for a magazine cover.

E7: Double Doomsday

Dr. Eggman hires an new intern to help out around the base, unaware of the intern's true desire.

E8: Eggheads

Dr. Eggman makes evil cookies to turn Sonic into his lackey, but instead, gets all his friends to work with to destroy Sonic.

E9: Guilt Tripping

Sonic and Tails rescue some villagers from bandits, but can't get away from the village thanks to all the guilt being thrown onto them.

E10: Dude, Where's My Eggman?

Cubot and bot wake up with no memory of the last day and no trace of Eggman around anywhere.

E11: Cowbot

When Tails reprograms one of Dr. Eggman's robots, it becomes a killing machine set on destroying Eggman.

E12: Circus of Plunders

In hopes of having new additions to his traveling circus, a ringmaster captures Sonic and his friends.

E13: Unlucky Knuckles

Knuckles feels that the only reason Sonic always bests him is that Sonic has better luck. So, Knuckles tries to run out his bad luck and reset the luck balance of the universe by constantly putting himself in harm’s way.

E14: The Meteor

A meteor causes Sonic and Eggman to exchange bodies.

E15: Aim Low

After losing his confidence, Dr. Eggman gets help from a motivational speaker, and then becomes too reliant on the life coach.

E16: How to Succeed in Evil Without Really Trying

When Tails' orchard picking machine runs amok, a group of evil scientists believe Tails is one of them.

E17: Don't Judge Me

After being injured in a battle against Sonic, Egghead decides to take Sonic to court to receive justice.

E18: Dr. Eggman's Tomato Sauce

When Dr. Eggman markets his own brand of tomato sauce, the others are suspicious of possible ulterior motives.

E19: Sole Power

Sonic must give up his speed when it causes a deafening tone, but Dr. Eggman may have a remedy.

Sonic, Tails and Knuckles wake up a sleeping rock giant who begins rampaging.

Orbot and Cubot must defeat a living computer virus in the cyber world.

Sonic realizes he has 7 minutes to return Amy's library book and ends up racing the clock, as he battles slow senior citizens, burger cravings, and an angry Eggman.

E25: Into the Wilderness

When Sticks insists on being the one to teach Amy survival skills, Sonic and Knuckles challenge them to a race through the jungle.

E26: Eggman Unplugged

After Sonic and the others use Eggman's technology against him, he swears off technology for good; Lightning Bolt Society unleashes an attack.

E27: Chez Amy

Amy decides to open her own restaurant which causes a rivalry with their former hang out and Dave the Intern.

E28: Blue with Envy

A cool new shrew arrives in town, threatening Sonic's status as the town's biggest hero.

E29: Curse of the Cross Eyed Moose

After seeing a cross-eyed moose, Sticks is convinced that she and her friends are cursed. They set out to find a mystical marmoset who is the only one who can remove the curse.

E30: Chili Dog Day Afternoon

Knuckles wants to win the village's annual Chili Dog Cook-Off and on his quest to find the perfect ingredients he meets the Pepper People, and their leader Claggerhorn who have been waiting for a savior to bring them the freedom they deserve.

E31: Closed Door Policy

When Amy realizes that Sticks is a pack rat, she forces her friend to have a garage sale to get rid of all the junk that's accumulated in her burrow. During the sale, a secret locked door to an underground world is removed and an invading horde is set free.

E32: Mayor Knuckles

When Knuckles is made mayor for the day, he sends the village into chaos. Sonic and friends, and even Eggman, have to band together to stop him from ruining the village.

E33: Eggman the Auteur

Eggman is making a movie about his life. He even tries to cast Sonic to play a lame version of Sonic. Is this just a bad movie or a merely a diversion for a secret evil plan?

E34: Just a Guy

After Sonic calls Mike "a normal guy", Amy sets up a seminar to help him develop a more sensitive attitude.

E35: Two Good to Be True

When another Knuckles from an alternative dimension becomes stranded in their world and causes trouble for Sonic and his friends, the gang must figure out a way to get him home.

E36: Beyond the Valley of Cubots

When Orbot and Cubot discover a group of rejected Cubot prototypes hiding in the jungle, they seek the help of Sonic and Tails to protect them from Eggman.

E37: Next Top Villain

Dave the Intern inadvertently takes down Eggman and becomes a true vilain.

E38: New Year's Retribution

While the rest of the village is celebrating New Year's Eve, Eggman decides to slow down time in order to complete his previous resolution of defeating Sonic... somehow.

E39: Battle of the Boy Bands

The guys go undercover as a boy band to prove that Amy and Sticks are being brainwashed by a pop icon.

E40: Tails' Crush

Tails is experiencing a crush; Dr. Eggman has a difficult time picking up his package from the post office.

E41: Bro-Down Showdown

Sonic and Knuckles enter a best friend game show to win a new couch for Amy, but the show pairs Sonic up with Dr. Eggman.

E42: Late Night Wars

When Knuckles replaces Comedy Chimp on the Comedy Chimp show, Comedy Chimp elicits the help of Dr. Eggman to steal back the show. Sonic and the gang must save their friend.

E43: Fire in a Crowded Workshop

When Tails' workshop is destroyed by a fire, Sonic, Knuckles, and Amy each have conflicting versions of how it happened.

E44: It Wasn't Me, It Was the One-Armed Hedgehog

Dr. Eggman is missing his particle accelerator and all evidence points to Sonic. With the villagers also claiming stolen items, Sonic must find the real thief in order to clear his name.

E45: Robot Battle Royale

In order to prove that he is an inventor like Tails, Knuckles challenges Tails to enter the local robot battle; little do they know Dr. Eggman has also entered the contest.

E46: No Robots Allowed

Dr. Eggman is in trouble with his homeowners' association and will stop at nothing to defeat them, even if it means hosting a fancy dinner.

E47: Fuzzy Puppy Buddies

Amy and Dr. Eggman bond over a tabletop figurine game called Fuzzy Puppies. When the gang finds out, they begin to worry about her safety.

E48: Designated Heroes

The gang accepts a dare from Dr. Eggman to fight him not as a group but one at a time. Eggman uses each hero's weakness to his advantage.

E49: Role Models

When Sonic and the gang win an award for being role models, it comes with a price that keeps them from doing their jobs as heroes.

E50: Cabin Fever

The gang decides to ride out a storm at Amy's house. Things spiral out of control when they discover Amy's play, portraying her all friends.

E51: Counter Productive

Knuckles tries to make amends for a past misdeed, but he only succeeds at making things worse.

E52: It Takes a Village to Defeat a Hedgehog

In his most diabolical plan yet, Dr. Eggman decides to band together with all of Sonic's enemies. Shadow the Hedgehog, joins the fight.
