The experts are called to a garage on the Isle of Man, where police believe they have found a bomb-making factory. Meanwhile, on the Wirral, the coastguard has made a disturbing discovery.

E4: Episode 4

The experts take no chances when they are called to smoking chemicals in a property in Chester and search for explosive threats at the Tory Party Conference in Birmingham city centre.
