Kimberly Rhodes (born June 7, 1969) is an American actress, known for her portrayal of Ensign Lyndsay Ballard in "Ashes to Ashes" episode of Star Trek Voyager. She also played "Cindy Harrison" on two soap operas, Another World and As the World Turns.
