To pass his film class, Kevin is following Eugene around for a day with a video camera and calling it a documentary. When the day is over, the question becomes: Has Kevin made the funniest student film of all time? Or has he made a truthful documentary about the wacky night they had to kill Eugene's abusive ex-girlfriend, Karen?
