After leaving school, Marcus went on to study at the Ballet Rambert school and later found work as a dancer and choreographer. In 1986, he co-founded the techno-industrial band Meat Beat Manifesto. After leaving school, Marcus went on to study at the Ballet Rambert school and later found work as a dancer and choreographer. In 1986, he co-founded the techno-industrial band Meat Beat Manifesto.
