Narayanan then participated in the dance reality show Jodi Number One Fun Unlimited (2018), where she was the third runner-up. From 2019 to 2020, Narayanan worked in the Tamil soap opera Rettai Roja (2019) on Zee Tamil as Anuradha. She also appeared as a guest on the Zee Tamil Kudumbam Viruthugal Prelude in 2019.
